JABA Learning LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built the Geometry Tutor and Pre-Algebra Tutor apps (collectively, the "Services") as commercial applications. These SERVICES are provided by JABA Learning LLC and are intended for use "AS IS".

This page is used to inform website visitors and app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Services.

To provide the best possible experience and ensure strict privacy, our apps do notcollect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information on external servers.

All user data, including learning progress, quiz results, app interactions, and customized settings, is stored locally on your personal device. We do not have access to this data.

Third-Party Services and Analytics

The apps do not use third-party tracking or advertising frameworks.

We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage metrics directly through Apple’s standard App Store analytics, provided that you have opted-in to share this information with developers in your iOS device settings. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used exclusively to identify bugs and improve the apps' performance.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Because our applications do not collect personal data, they are safe for educational use by all ages.
